By organizing and presenting the symposium Stadt & Klang [City & Sound] on the subject of acoustics and urban space, we aimed at instigating a discussion about urban architecture and new ways of approaching and dealing with urban acoustics from the points of view of diverse professions. Represented fields included acoustics, architecture, engineering, arts and music, cultural science, politics, history, psychology, epistemology.
